Our luxury classic range of rich colours and artistically designed bathrobes and kaftans are beautifully crafted by hand in England, from the thickest 100% Egyptian cotton velour ever used.

You might wonder what we think excellent service means. For a start, as a customer, you deserve a good amount of care and attention. This means whether you've visited or e-mailed us, are phoning up to find out if your bespoke bathrobe is ready, to find out what the care instructions are… or whatever it maybe, you will be able to speak to someone personally (usually me), who is respectful, knowledgeable and interested in talking to you.
Our made to measure bathrobes and kaftans, are part of our personal bespoke service that allows us to satisfy a broader range of people. So our super tall clients are delighted to find that they can easily have a robe that meets their ankles and those who are petite can have a few inches taken off. Because "they're all so… nice" The Classic Robes liberal exchange policy, helps people feel easier about choosing a bathrobe for someone else.

In a modern world, where "New and improved" is better, we take the philosophy that they don't make em like they used to.

To us improvement means subtle changes like concealed over locking and triple locked neck loops. Obviously style is important to us, but when we have a design that works, we believe in sticking with it.

So while you'll find new bathrobes and kaftans presented in the collection each year, you will still be able to find some of our longest running and most popular designs like the Red Diamond or the famous Honey bathrobes.
